This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application ("the App"), which allows you to stream online music, play local MP3 files from your device, save songs for offline listening, trim and cut audio, build unlimited playlists, and manage your personal music library.

We are committed to minimal data collection. Fexo Music does not require accounts, and we never collect personally identifiable information unless strictly necessary for functionality.

On-Device First: All personal music files, saved offline tracks, playlists, favorites, trimmed audio clips, and language preferences are stored exclusively on your iPhone. We maintain no remote database containing your music content or listening preferences.
Online Music Streaming: When you stream music online, content is delivered directly to your device via our streaming service. We do not log your song searches, stream history, or playback sessions in a way that is linked to your personal identity.
Offline Saved Music: Songs you save for offline listening are stored in your device's local storage within the app's private container. These files are not accessible to other apps and are not backed up to our servers.
Security Practices: We follow industry best practices including encrypted data transmission for all network communications, secure API communication for crash reporting only, and regular security reviews of our codebase.
Retention: Since all personal data lives on your device, you can clear app data or uninstall the App to permanently remove all saved music, playlists, trimmed audio, and preferences at any time.

Fexo Music is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. The app's music playback, offline saving, and audio trimming features are safe for general family use as no personal content is ever stored on our servers or shared with third parties. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that a child under 13 has used the app and has concerns, please contact us and we will address the matter promptly.
